All G-Dreamer orders ship from the USA. We aim to get your gear to you fast, safe, and — for standard delivery — free.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). A small number of factory-direct items may take longer to ship; this is noted on the product page.

Shipping options

Free standard shipping applies automatically to every order — no minimum. Express shipping cost is shown at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also track any order from your account.

Delivery area

We currently ship within the United States (including APO/FPO where carriers allow). Have an international request? Email support@gdreamers.com before ordering.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking stalls or your package arrives damaged, contact us at support@gdreamers.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
