You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund of the product price. Items should be in their original condition and packaging.
How a return works
- Start online. Go to your account → Orders → Start a return, or use the “Start a return” link in your confirmation email.
- Pick a reason, select your items, and submit. You’ll get instant confirmation.
- Print the prepaid label we email you, tape it on the box, and drop it off.
- Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 1–2 days), we refund your original payment within 2–3 business days. Prefer faster? Choose instant store credit.
No restocking fees on standard items.
Free return shipping
Return shipping is on us. Every return comes with a free prepaid label — whether it’s a change of mind or a problem with the item.
Defective, damaged, or wrong item
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or it’s not what you ordered, we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping. Just start the return and choose the matching reason.
A few exceptions
For health and safety reasons, a few items can’t be returned once opened: downloadable/digital codes, gift cards, and sealed collectible or candy items if the seal is broken. Manufacturer warranty still applies to defects (see our Warranty page).
