Every product at G-Dreamer is backed two ways: the manufacturer’s warranty and our own 30-day guarantee.

Manufacturer’s warranty (new products)

All new products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty length and terms vary by brand and product (commonly 90 days to 1 year). Keep your G-Dreamer order confirmation as proof of purchase. If a new item develops a covered defect, contact support@gdreamers.com first — we’ll help you file the manufacturer claim or, when it’s faster, handle a replacement directly.

G-Dreamer 30-day guarantee (every order)

On top of the manufacturer’s coverage, every order — new, refurbished, or pre-owned — is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If an item is dead on arrival (DOA) or stops working as described within 30 days, we’ll replace it free or refund you in full, including shipping.

Refurbished, “Pulled,” and pre-owned items

These are tested before they ship and are covered by our 30-day G-Dreamer guarantee for functional defects (DOA or not working as described). Cosmetic wear consistent with a used or refurbished item isn’t a defect, but anything that affects function is covered.

What warranties don’t cover

Accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, normal wear, and consumable parts (e.g., batteries past their rated life) aren’t covered. If you’re not sure, just ask — we’d rather help than turn you away.
