How much is shipping? Standard shipping is free on every order via USPS Ground Advantage (5–7 business days). Express (UPS 3 Day Select or USPS Priority Mail, ~3 business days) is available for a fee shown at checkout.

When will my order ship? Within 1 business day. You’ll get a tracking email when it’s on the way.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the U.S. Email support@gdreamers.com for special requests.

Returns & refunds

What’s your return policy? A 30-day money-back guarantee on most items. Start a return from your account — we email you a free prepaid label.

Is there a restocking fee? No restocking fees on standard items.

My item arrived defective or wrong — what now? Your return and replacement are free. Start a return and choose the matching reason, or email support@gdreamers.com.

How fast is my refund? 2–3 business days after we receive and inspect the return, back to your original payment — or choose instant store credit.

Warranty

Are products under warranty? Yes — new items carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and every order is covered by our 30-day guarantee. Refurbished and pre-owned items get our 30-day guarantee for functional defects.

Can I pay over time? Yes — Shop Pay Installments lets you split eligible orders into payments at checkout.
