We want you to love your setup. If something isn't right, returning it is simple — no phone calls, no hoops.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a full refund of the product price. Items should be in their original condition and packaging.

How a return works (buyer-friendly, self-service)

  1. Start online. Go to your account → Orders → Start a return, or use the "Start a return" link in your confirmation email. (No need to email or call us first.)

  2. Pick a reason, select your items, and submit. You'll get instant confirmation.

  3. Print the prepaid label we email you, tape it on the box, and drop it off.

  4. Get your refund. Once we receive and inspect the item (usually 1–2 days), we refund your original payment within 2–3 business days. Prefer faster? Choose instant store credit and skip the wait.


No restocking fees on standard items.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or it's not what you ordered, your return is 100% free — we cover return shipping and send a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping. Just start the return and pick the matching reason.

Return shipping on change-of-mind returns — decision needed

For "changed my mind" returns we'll provide a prepaid label. Please pick one (we'll set the policy text to match):


  • Option A — Free returns (most buyer-friendly; G-Dreamer absorbs the label cost).

  • Option B — Flat $6.99 return-shipping fee deducted from the refund (transparent, controls cost).


(Defective / wrong-item returns are always free regardless of this choice.)

A few exceptions

For health/safety reasons, a few items can't be returned once opened: downloadable/digital codes, gift cards, and sealed collectible/candy items if the seal is broken. Manufacturer warranty still applies to defects (see Warranty).
